Prototype impressed, product disappointed

Our demo wowed everyone early on, but turning it into a stable product has been way harder than expected. Bugs keep piling up and users are noticing. Thinking about software development services that can rebuild parts properly. Any recommendations from similar situations?

We had that exact arc, flashy demo got great reactions, then real users exposed all the rough edges fast. Fixing bugs one by one didn’t help because the foundation wasn’t solid. What worked for us was letting an external team rethink the weak parts while we kept things running. I actually came across marketing automation for B2B  while digging into scaling processes, and it led us to people who focused on stabilizing core components instead of patching symptoms. It made the product feel reliable again.
