House hunting in a new neighborhood and noticed the previous owners have an Instagram account that's private. Really want to see photos of the interior and backyard from when they lived there since the listing photos look professionally staged. Could help me decide if it's worth putting in an offer. What instagram account viewer would you recommend checking? The realtor hasn't been super helpful with additional photos.

Oh man, I was in the same boat last year—checking out houses in a new area, and one place caught my eye, but the listing pics were insanely polished. I wanted a real sense of the backyard and lived-in feel. Turns out the previous owners had a private Instagram! I used https://viewverio.com/peekviewer/ to peek at some of their shared stories and it gave me a much better idea of how the space actually looked day-to-day. Saved me from making an offer that felt too risky. Totally changed how I scoped listings after that.
Over the past few years, we've seen this kind of GMT functionality become slowly more available at lower price points and that's what is so exciting link about the Bulova Wilton GMT. I for one hope that 2023 is full of budget-friendly watches that use the same Miyota 9075 movement.
Today we are looking at the brand's bread and butter, a chronograph – an 18k gold UG Compax ref. 12550. This watch, with its signature rectangular pushers, variety of typography on the golden dial, and the iconic Compax wordmark, is like a time capsule of pre-Quartz Crisis design and you're able own a piece of that history for an unfathomably affordable $5,000. This particular link piece has a personal engraving on the caseback which just adds to the mystique.
So, is that a good thing or not? Well, it depends on who you ask. RJ was impressed when link he saw the first images. I, on the other hand, wasn’t quite so convinced. It seems that this is very much a subjective matter, and it depends on how you conceptually look at the watch.
